Quality Policy

With the mission and vision principles we have defined as FEB METAL, and in all our activities carried out in line with these principles, we commit to complying with the requirements of the standards and applicable conditions of the Quality Management Systems we maintain within our organization.

In accordance with the Quality Management Systems we implement, one of our fundamental activities is to define the necessary objectives and measure their performance in order to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of our organizational activities within a continuous improvement cycle. These objectives are primarily based on the zero acceptance criteria: zero defects in production, zero accidents in occupational safety, and zero incidents in environmental pollution.

Within the lifecycle of our company, one of our primary organizational duties is to ensure that the qualitative approach is prioritized; to provide the necessary support both internally and externally to other organizations we interact with, to share knowledge, and to develop a strong interactive communication network as an outcome of these practices.

By achieving the objectives set by the organization, we pledge with this published document that we will act with a common vision and determination to fulfill these activities, and that during this process, all activities of the organization will be supported by our Board of Directors for sustainability and continuous improvement.
